3. User Account and Access

  • Login credentials are personal and must not be shared.
  • Use of your credentials by unauthorised users is strictly prohibited.
  • Unauthorised access may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

4. Licence and Permitted Use

Under your active subscription, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

You may not:

5. Payment, Cancellation & Refunds

  • Subscriptions are paid monthly or annually via our payment provider, Stripe.
  • You may cancel your subscription with one month's written notice.
  • No refunds are given for partial use, unused time, or early termination.
  • We do not store or process payment details — all payments are handled securely by Stripe.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, and branding are the intellectual property of HR Team Ltd. No rights are transferred to you other than those expressly granted in these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

  • HR Docs Online provides guidance and templates only — we do not offer legal advice.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that any document used is suitable for your specific situation.
  • We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from incorrect or inappropriate use of our Materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Our total liability, whether in contract or tort, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in subscription fees in the 12 months preceding any claim.
  • We shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses including, but not limited to, business interruption, loss of profit, or reputational damage.

9. Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms.
  • You may terminate your account at any time with one month’s notice (see Section 5).

  • We use trusted third-party providers such as Stripe to deliver elements of our Service.
  • Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
